I'am starting this blog for my weight loss. I have been dieting for 2 weeks now. I got on a scale super bowl sunday for the first time in 6 months and was 8 1/2 lbs lighter then i was before. Don't know if i loss it before the diet or on the diet. But i;am happy anyway. My goal is to lose 50 lbs by May 22 thats my annv. I want to lose a total of 100 lbs.
